We are a Beauty Salon and Skin Clinic in Mornington, we aim to provide you with the most advanced treatments and products to suit your every need. We treat what you need, at the time you need it. 

Bookings - As I am usually in the treatment room and unable to answer calls, please TEXT 0448039525 with your enquiries, days and times that suit best and I will get back to you ASAP.

Products - We carry high quality professional skincare products designed to ensure our guests 'look and feel their best, both in salon and at home. Our products are NOT tested on animals.

We guarantee results when products are used as recommended. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about your products as we are happy to help.

Your support in purchasing form a small buisness owner is much appreciated. 

When to arrive - Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow yourself to unwind, enjoy a complimentary beverage and allow time to check in. New clients, please arrive 15 minutes earlier so that you can fill in our "New Client" consultation form.

In order to determine the status of your skin, its type and the best possible treatment plan for it, a skin analysis is required. This included in your initial appointment. We will assess your skin concerns and tailor a treatment and home care program specific to your needs.

48 hour cancellation/late arrivals policy -  Your appointments are very important to the Calm Waters Beauty And Spa Team. They are reserved especially for you. We respectfully request 48 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. 

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. 

Therefore, we have a strictly enforced 48 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Any appointment missed, cancelled, or changed without 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. 

As a courtesy, your appointments are confirmed electronically three days before your scheduled appointment by text messaging from our online appointment scheduling software because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee. Any late arrival will shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment.    

The 48 hour cancellation policy gives us time to inform our wait list clients of any availability, as well as keeping our staff schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
